My name is Joenise Jay Formanez, I graduated with a baccalaureate degree in Bachelor of Secondary Education with a major in Mathematics and I was born in Davao del Sur, Philippines. I am the type of person who likes to explore different skills because I believe that we humans have the ability to learn something new if we want to. I'd describe my classroom management style as being authoritative, but not an authoritarian. I like to bring everything I have to my teaching, which means I emphasize rules and proper behavior, but I also focus on engagement and student enjoyment.

I am a licensed Professional Teacher in the Philippines with a bachelor's degree in Mathematics. I have a variety of certificates that have equipped me with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role. These certificates include Teaching English to Young Learners, Intermediate English, Teaching English as a Foreign Language, Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages, English 101, and Teaching English as a Second Language.
